Verifications can be cancelled after the verification request has been submitted with the subject's information, but before the consent form has been uploaded. During this period, you can cancel the request directly through the portal. Once the consent form has been uploaded and the verification process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible through the system. In this case, you will need to contact us directly, and we will assist you in reviewing your options.
Cancelled verifications will not be charged. For subscribers, the fee will be credited to their account. For ad-hoc users, the cancellation will ensure that no charges appear on their credit card.
